Facts
The Personnel Committee is a sub-committee of the Synod Council. This committee consists of at least four (4) members, representing at least three (3) presbyteries. At least two (2) of its members from the Synod Council and not less than two (2) persons (Elder or Minister of the Word and Sacrement) with skills and/or experience in personnel and human resources. The Synod Council names one (1) of its members to serve as Chair of the Personnel Committee.
